1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
All content provided through Revolution Human Education is for educational and professional development purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes medical, legal, or professional advice. Participation in our courses does not guarantee clinical outcomes, licensure approval, or employment results.
You are responsible for complying with all local laws, licensure requirements, and professional regulations.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course materials, videos, text, downloads, graphics, and educational content are the exclusive property of Revolution Human Education and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, share, record, distribute, or resell any course materials without express written permission.
Sharing login credentials or course access is strictly prohibited.
4. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You agree to provide accurate account information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. PAYMENTS
All payments are due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
6. COURSE CANCELLATION, TRANSFER, AND REFUND POLICY
Live & Scheduled Courses
Cancellation timelines are based on the number of days before the course start date:
- 28+ days before – 100% refund or transfer
- 21–27 days before – 50% refund or transfer
- 14–20 days before – 25% refund or transfer
- 7–13 days before – Transfer only (no refund)
- Less than 7 days before – No refunds or transfers
All refunds are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
Online Courses (Multi-Week Programs)
For structured online courses (e.g., 8-week programs):
- Refunds or transfers are not available after 50% of the course time/content has been completed.
- Students struggling early should contact instructors promptly for support
Dry Needling Courses – Special Policy
Dry needling courses include mandatory pre-course materials and exams delivered approximately 4 weeks prior to the course.
Once course materials are delivered, refunds are no longer available. Transfers to a future eligible course may be requested.
7. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES
We may modify or discontinue Services at any time without liability.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We are not responsible for third-party platforms, tools, or websites linked through our Services.
9. USER CONDUCT
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate laws
- Infringe intellectual property
- Upload malicious code
- Copy or distribute course content
- Harass instructors or participants
Violations may result in termination without refund.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revolution Human Education shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the Services.
